About
Who am I? In short, I’m a passionate and persistent solution finder. As far back as I can remember, my insatiable curiousity has led me to figure out how things, in which I was interested, worked, learn things, expand my experiences and take on new challenges until I conquered them. That is the gift I credit for becoming a Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology practitioner after a debilitating lower back injury when all things I tried seemed to only work in the short term. I kept searching for modalities to help with chronic pain for years, digging deeper and deeper. I studied and learned more about my original passion of optimal health and exercise when I “accidentally” heard a lecture titled “Back Strong And Beltless” by Paul Chek. The two, along with a few other things are actually connected. What a concept!
After seeking help and guidance from a Level II CHEK practitioner, and the dissipation of the pain I literally thought I’d have for the rest of my life (I had years of it to anchor it in) I realized I wanted to immerse myself and learn as much as possible about how we, as human beings really work. The more I learned, the more I felt the urge to share and the more people entered my life whom could benefit from using what I had learned and practiced.
I now have the pleasure and privilege of coaching athletes, directors, CEOs, physiotherapists, chiropractors and others to achieve their own desired outcomes effectively. At the same time, I continue exploring and finding even more efficient and effective strategies to help my clients make consistent and continual progress at the pace with which they’re comfortable. (Well, ok, I do “stretch them a little” at times, out of their comfort zones.)
