We conduct thorough and detailed assessments on all your body’s systems before making any recommendations. We know that unless we’re assessing, we’re guessing.

Our specific and customized programs focus on the mastery of the Foundations of Health: Thoughts, Breath, Nutrition, Hydration, Movement, and Circadian Rhythms. We help our clients understand that the human body is a system of many complex interrelated systems that all affect each other, and that by balancing these systems we can significantly improve the quality of our health and develop habits that lead to living a higher quality of life full of vitality.

Our programs are highly customized and follow five steps:

Step 1: Define your ultimate outcome

By completing a comprehensive interview, we help you get crystal clear on your desired outcome as well as why you want to make these changes, and transform those reasons into unstoppable motivation.

Step 2: Assess your current state.

Depending on your goals, you will get a personalized structural and lifestyle assessment which may include:

– A thorough physical assessment to identify biomechanical imbalances
– A thorough lifestyle and health history assessment to identify chronic stressors (physical/emotional)

Step 3: Design a custom program to help achieve your desired outcomes

Depending on the outcomes you want, your commitment level, and your current challenges, you will work with your coach to create a realistic action plan for you. The best program is the one you will consistently do!  We will walk you through your customized program, which may include suggested exercises, nutrition, and overall lifestyle updates.

Step 4: The Coaching

You will receive a follow up schedule that suits both your lifestyle and desired financial investment. Each coaching session is designed to propel you to higher levels of achievement until you reach your desired results. Some of our clients work with our coaches in up to five times a week, while others check in over the phone and through e-mail weekly.
