Start with 1 at a time, hold it for 60 seconds, then relax.  If you have it in you after resting for at least another minute, do one more.  Maximum of 3 at one time (perhaps one of each, or 3 of the one that helps the most).  Feel free to do this 1 – 3 times a day as needed to relieve the pain.
