Perform 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d in a circuit with no rest.  Do the circuit 2 – 4 times with 60 – 90s between circuits.

 

1a Hip Extension Knee Flexion 8 – 15

1b Multidirectional Lunges 2-4/direction

1c Close Grip Push Ups  4 – 12

1d Supine Lateral Ball Roll 3 – 6/side

2 Wood Chops 2 minutes
